Can i refrigerate my order?

We recommend consuming as soon as possible for optimal freshness. However, if you must, please wrap your order prior to refrigerating to prevent drying!

I have an allergy, can I make substitutions?

Of course! Please make sure to list your allergy in your order form (will automatically pop up when you add a box to your basket) so we can accommodate. However, please be advised that we are not an allergy-free facility.

HoW DO I place an ORDER?

For daily individual meals, orders can be placed for local delivery here. If you are interested in our boxes/boards, please visit our shop!

how far in advance do i need to place my order?

Individual / Daily meals - Orders can be placed online whenever you get hungry

Boxes / Boards - We request a minimum of 48 hours as we source from our local farmer’s market and orders are made to order.  If you find yourself within the 2 days, just ask, we may be able to accommodate your order.  There is a rush order fee of $10 or orders made within 24 hours ad same day.

Grazing Tables - At least 14 days for larger tables, the sooner the better for planning purposes!
