Chili Maple Sesame Almonds

Ingredients
1 cups whole raw almonds
1 ½ tsp Sesame Oil
3 tbsp ganchic Chili Maple
3 ½ tbps Sesame Seeds
¼ tsp Sea Salt flakes (to taste)
1 ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper (optional)
instructions
Pre-heat oven to 300 °.
In a large bowl, toss almonds in the sesame oil until evenly coated.
Lay almonds in a single layer on a baking tray lined with baking/parchment paper.
Bake in the oven for 8 minutes.
Remove almonds from the oven (they should be hot, and just a bit more golden brown), and flip. Bake in the oven for another 8 minutes.
Remove almonds from the oven and pour into the large bowl used earlier.
Add Chili Maple sauce (and cayenne pepper if you like spicy nuts). Toss until almonds are coated evenly.
TOSS WITH sesame seeds and SEA SALT FLAKES.
Spread the almonds on the baking tray.
Turn off the oven and place the baking tray inside (almonds will continue to dry as the oven is cooling down)
Remove when almonds are dry (about 20 minutes).
Cool and enjoy!
