ORDER: Please schedule your order at least 48 hours in advance. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee orders outside this window and are subject to cancellation/rescheduling. We will contact you ASAP if your order needs to be rescheduled.
CANCEL: Please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your pickup/delivery date in order to be eligible for a full refund.
DELIVERY: Box deliveries are made exclusively by GANCHIC (not by a third party delivery service).
CHECKOUT: Unfortunately, we are not able to edit the checkout process of our ecommerce platform, so you will see “Shipping Address” when completing your order.
